So you think you know about wingmen?
Ok boys, a word on wingmen from the famous SugaDaddy at www.sugadate.co.za .
It recently came to my attention that the concept of a wingman is often misunderstood and all-in-all poorly implemented in luring potential suitors into your web. So listen up and learn from the SugaDaddy himself.
First of, let me tell you of some of the qualities of wingmen:
· Unselfish and relentless in the pursuit of your happiness
· Fearless and bold in his tactics
· Trustworthy, predictable and reliable (to you that is)
The good news is that a properly schooled and groomed wingmen can give you poor noodles out there instant repertoire, a doorway to all the intros you require and a partner that will back up all the rubbish you might be uttering on your first feeble exchange with your poor targets. A “wingmen” is the one person that will willingly take those horrible hits for you while you enjoy the sweet fruits of success.
The bad news is that you are more likely to hookup with M. Pfeifer than find a decent “wingman” these days. Yes, that is right. The noble profession of wingmen-ship is nearing extinction. These puny wieners out there that call themselves “wingmen” nowadays are untrained, inexperienced and unable to live up to the honorable calling of “wingmanship”. These wet-behind-the-ears school boys today are merely shallow copies of the once truly honorable, capable and noble “wingmen”.
It burdens my heart to say this, but the gracious art of the “wingman” is truly and utterly dead.
So boys, if you are one of those lucky sods out there that have a partner in crime that fulfills only a fraction of this role for you then you can count yourself an extremely lucky fish. If not, well, then you are going to have to do your hunting “cowboy style”. Just like the rest of us.
So my advice is: Face the hard cold facts of the world. Wingmen are or are very close to being extinct. Don’t waste your precious hunting time in seeking that wingmen out there that will make your endeavors take flight. You are going to have to be Han Solo out there and fight your own battles.
